New year's eve outfit idea!

I know that new years is just around the corner so I wanted to share with you one of my top pics for dresses this year!

I found this little number on ebay and its under $100 woot woot! This is perfect for colder climates like I am living in with the long sleeves but still adds a nice pop with the trumpet skirt!
