So, I obviously have a slight obsession with off the shoulder tops, anybody else suffer from this same condition. I mean as far as tops go if it has ruffles and is off the shoulder sign me up (more like here's my money, thanks)! This one is another spring transitional piece that would be so cute in summer with some cutoffs as well and more good news she is under 30$!
