Life Hack | How to stop a panic attack from escalating

Hey Guys!

Today's video is a little different style video for me. I am going to give you a quick couple of tricks on how to stop a panic attack. Before you watch it some quick information on me I am a licensed social worker, MSW in my state and I have been working as a social worker/ counselor for about two years now. Along with that I also personally suffer from anxiety issues and I have used these tips and tricks in my own life as well as with my clients. Couple other things if you are struggling with anxiety and it is negatively affecting your life please tell your doctor or mental health professional. Also if you are already in counseling be sure to run this by your counselor to ensure I am not interfering with anything you may already be working on.
